Can’t send emails from tinyworld.co.uk - Again

Really frustrtaed! Here we go again. Same issue as in January. Unable to send emails from my tinyworld email due to "server being down" - when will TT get their act togther and who can we complain too? Ofcom?
If Nas from TT is reading this please escalate and help. I am not going to spend another 4 hours on the phone with someone who does not know what they are doing. Thanks
