Unable to send Tinyworld emails

I'm unable to send emails from my Tinyworld email address. They are being returned as 'undeliverable' with the code:

550 5.7.1  Reject for policy reason

 

This is similar to an issue I had in late January.

From the 29th of March our TalkTalk Community will move to peer-to-peer support and the TalkTalk team will no longer be here to support with queries. The incident team have made some changes and have asked users to retry and confirm if the changes have resolved the issue.

This has been raised as an incident and being looked at by the incident team.

 

As it's affecting many people there is nothing that you can do individually that will resolve this.

 

Updates as they are received will be advised.
