Could someone tell me why I can’t send emails anymore & it’s saying I have to pay £5 a month when I pay talktalk for my broadband each month? Thank you

Add your relevant email address(es) in Private Notes.  SAVE CHANGES. 

 

Staff will not be back on here before Monday to complete the webform for you, and for now many people cannot send their emails as there seems to have been a problem setting up the process to avoid Everymail warnings etc. For now they are still being treated as "old emails" and not as belonging to current associated Talktalk broadband accounts.

From the 29th of March our TalkTalk Community will move to peer-to-peer support and the TalkTalk team will no longer be here to support with queries. Don’t worry we still have plenty of ways to reach out if you need to speak to TalkTalk directly. For more details check out the link in the post at the top of any forum message board.
