Our home broadband service is with TalkTalk in my name but my wife has a talk talk email address and is now being asked to subscribe to Everymail. Can she continue to get free access via our broadband account though it is in my name? I don’t have a talk talk email address si it would just be for hers. Thank you

Hi, yes she was. She’s signed up to Everymail now so nothing further needed on this query. Thanks to everyone for their replies and advice.

Hi there again, please note that since they email account was on a disconnected account, we're unable to link it to an active account. Are they getting comms asking them to sign to Everymail? Thanks

There are a few other people also trying to get the email address for someone else linked to a current broadband account, @Ianmac321, but if the original address NEVER belonged to the current broadband account holder, I suspect these may encounter more issues.
Talktalk only mentions connecting old email addresses for the current account holder if the previous account holder name matched the present one.
It's slow enough getting the ones that definitely qualify processed and up and running for sending again - so expect this to be challenging.
Staff are not on here over the weekend.

Hello, her email address may have been linked to when she had her talktalk account, but that was a long time ago, over 10 years ago when she lived at another address. Thank you
