Unable to send emails

I am unable to send emails from both my addresses with Talk Talk. One is a tinyworld.co.uk address and the other is TalkTalk.net address. This has been a problem for at least 5 days and o have had three different contact chats with customer support. They say they are working on the problem. This issue with the inability to send emails has been ongoing intermittently since January. I am a Talk Talk broadband customer so the Everyman takeover should not have impacted on my two email addresses.

Have the addresses been listed in Private Notes, @ESTunnacliffe?

Staff will need to ensure that they are currently associated with your ongoing Broadband service. 

Go via your avatar; settings; Personal Information.....SAVE CHANGES.
