Although I cancelled my TalkTalk broadband earlier this year,  I wanted to keep my email account and am prepared to pay for subscription.  However, since cancelling broadband I have not be able to subscribe (TalkTalk Mail Plus) with numerous attempts. TalkTalk support have not been able to resolve, only telling me that I would be contacted (when, I don't know) to sign up to the paid email service. Now I have received the email advising the transfer to Everymail. It appears I am able to access my emails via Everymail,  but I do not appear to have a subscription, nor am I able to subscribe when I try. I only hope that the current set up on Everymail is a trial and that the system will open up for me to subscrib. Please help and clarify.

It's been nearly two weeks since an exchange of messages with TalkTalk support, after TalkTalk sent me an email welcoming me to Mail Plus -  although, there were no links to subscribe to that or Everymail.

I'm desperately anxious now as we head into October and no progress has been made with me being able to subscribe. Can you please give me an update and a date when I can expect to be allowed to subscribe to either Mail Plus or Everymail?

Hi Philile. It seems to me that 'the team' have had reasonable time to look at my case, but I have not been contacted to subscribe to Everymail, nor had a link to subscribe. When can I expect to be contacted, please?

@KKBarnet I have escalated this for you please allow the team to have look at this and get back to you. This is probably because of that your package disconnected this year.

An update is required on when former TalkTalk broadband customers, like myself, will be able to subscribe to Everymail. This is now urgent and extremely concerning with the deadlines, publicised by TalkTalk, that their former broadband customers' email accounts are going to be closed. However, it has not been possible, for whatever reason, for me to move over to Everymail. I have not yet received a link to subscribe to Everymail. This must be a priority in order that I do not lose access to my emails

This has not moved on since Kanya suggested that the case is moved across to the Email Team....

Hi Philile. I have tried to subscribe via Everymail Support, but once again I am going round in a loop. When I attempt to, I end up being taken to the TalkTalk Mailbox Manager, with no option to subscribe.

Everymail Support Chat has indicated that TalkTalk have caused an issue with the transition process. The say I should reach out to TalkTalk. TalkTalk say I should reach out to Everymail. I'm going round in circles and neither TalkTalk or Everymail are taking responsibility. I'm still waiting to receive an email from TalkTalk with a link to subscribe to Everymail. This is causing me serious anxiety. Please investigate further to put my email account to the correct status so that it can be transitioned smoothly to Everymail.

Hi Kanya. Your question is confusing. Unless you know otherwise, I never got to have Mail Plus. I have a straight forward email account that I have been using for over 20 years with the internet service up until March this year. Now I just have the email account, which I want to keep, so happy to subscribe. But every time I try to subscribe either with TalkTalk Mail Plus or, now lately, with Everymail, I can't because both websites are not making subscription available to me.

This is very frustrating, as well as causing anxiety and fear with deadlines looming that my emails will be shutdown.

Can someone from TalkTalk with knowledge and capability please give me a call to explain and make things work as expected? Thank you.

Are you still actively on Mail plus.

Hi Kanya. As my original post, I can't seem to subscribe,  despite seeing my Mailbox Manager and emails when I sign in to Everymail. However, the screen view is all TalkTalk labelled.

In exchange with the Everymail Support chatbot, I had this latest response, "It seems that you may not have the option to subscribe to Everymail if you're not a current TalkTalk broadband customer. The Mailbox Manager window typically provides subscription options for eligible users, and since you mentioned that you're not a paying broadband customer, that might be why you're not seeing those options. If you have any further questions about Everymail's features or subscription details, feel free to ask! Otherwise, for assistance with your current email service, I recommend reaching out to your email provider directly."

So can TalkTalk please sort out for me to be able to subscribe to Everymail?

I've been asking for months to be signed up to TalkTalk Mail Plus,  but not be able to for some unexplained reason.
