Just went onto my email and there was an email saying I’d requested to change password and code would expire in an hour.   Don’t think I touched anything by mistake.   Then I saw top of screen saying waypoint downloading but it failed.  The email has disappeared.

 

Anyone know what waypoint is please.

Contact Talktalk support directly to deal with this issue  - the sooner the better, @Gilbeh.
