I can't log in to webmail today. If I click on "Mail" on the sign in screen, I am able to enter my email address but nothing happens after clicking on "Continue". This is happening on Microsoft Edge and Firefox.
Can someone help please?

Hi Michelle
I'm now able to log in again at the sign in screen. However, after entering my email address, I'm not asked for my password, it goes straight to my Inbox.

I'm having the same issue with our email accounts. I get to the log in page & enter e-mail address, but when I press the blue "CONTINUE" button, nothing happens. Accounts were all working fine yesterday - think Talk talk were doing some upgrade work in the early hours, so might have something to do with it? I'll open a separate post of my own, so hopefully this will draw more attention to the issue.
