I use the TALKTALK. webmail app on my iPhone but no connection for the last several days. Tried browser (SAFARI and FIREFOX) but no connection either.

Thank you for the reply. It is not only the iPhone App that doe not connect (anyway it is no longer available on Apple Store) but the webmail does not open in browsers on computer (Safari and Firefox) either. Tried to follow your advice about contacting TalkTalk but there is no way I can do so apart from for broadband which I do not have (live chat is indicated as an option but there is no link to it!).

Re the app, it might be worth deleting the app then reinstalling it.

 

Failing that, unfortunately, support staff are no longer available here and this will require you contact TalkTalk directly as the forum is now peer to peer and this is something we are, on this occasion, unable to help you with.
