Where to access the family email addresses to reset a password

I have an issue with one of the email addresses I setup for the family. My wife has forgotten her password and I cant remember where the email addresses are stored?

Right, so now my account is locked and I have no access and where do I find a phone number because I am getting annoyed and I need to rant at someone very soon........ and where in gods name can I find "Chat"????????

Ha HA! The account that is locked is not the account that the email accounts are stored in.

Many thanks for the link , however the link is useless as I ahve been in and out of my account a few times it is now locked for god knows how long......
