I have signed up to Everymail and now found out because I have a broadband contract I should not have so how do I cancel my account with them so that my email is with TalkTalk .
I have looked on their web site and cannot seem to find away of actioning this.

I've just checked on the account, and you have one email account linked to your active account is that correct?

I take it this about the email issue, so the first step is us finding out if your email account is linked to your active broadband account.

Hi everyone and thank you for your advice and after trying all your recommendation with Everymail I still cannot get them to link my email with my broadband account so I do not have to pay a fee. I have even had a session with a so called human and not a chat box.
I am not worried about the subscription that I have paid and have disabled the auto renew .
So has anyone any ideas where I go from here as my subscription ends on the 31st of January.

@Bobhp has an active account with us meaning if comms came in asking, he signs up to Everymail, he should have Ignored it. Since you already subscribed, you'll need to unsubscribe by contacting them and having that actioned for you.

@Bobhp, staff were looking into this back in the autumn and the reply suggested that you shouldn't sign up to Everymail. It may have been a little ambiguous.
@siphosethu-TT could you check what happened there?

Hi there @Bobhp, you would have to contact Everymail direct and unsubscribe. I'll send a link which will direct you to Everymail chat. You'll find another link at the bottom as soon as you access the link below.
