I've checked the account and @Chtris doesn't have an active broadband account @Gliwmaeden2. Please do look out for scams though as they might try their luck.

Check the true sender of the email. 

If you are a current broadband customer with Talktalk, there should be no reason for your emails to stop, and staff must complete a webform for you.

If your email looked anything like this, it was a scam.
