I have been unable to login to my email account on my laptop since before Christmas, as it says my password is incorrect (it isn't). It won't allow me to change my password. I have been able to access my email account through my phone, as it hasn't asked for a password. I accessed the online chat on 22/12/25 and it said an expert would contact me. I still haven't heard anything. I have tried the online chat again today. While trying to look for a solution, I have seen discussion on Everymail, but I have not received any communication from TalkTalk about transferring my account

Unfortunately, I received conflicting advice from TalkTalk advisers and have now made an account with Everymail, even though according to their records. Thanks

If you currently have a Broadband service with Talktalk, you shouldn't subscribe to Everymail, even if you receive a notice that appears to come from them.
If you have a legacy email address, it must be attached to your current service - staff can complete a webform for this but won't be back on here before Monday.
Ensure that your community forum profile details are completed and add your email address(es) in Private Notes.
Go via your avatar; settings; Personal Information. SAVE CHANGES.
