my wife's email account

At the end of January my wife's email account, which had me as the main account holder, was suspended We have spent hours, days and weeks on line on the phone and letter writing all to no avail. I think her account suspended because of some security changes.

Does anyone know if there is actually any humans employed by TalkTalk who may solve this problem. She has been unable to access her financial issues as well as a traumatic time when her mother was dying and she could not get on line.

I spend fruitless hours 'talking' to a stupid robot each time I log on to try and get some sense from TalkTalk

Any sensible help would be appreciated.

Hi,
You are in the staff's queue for a response.
For a quicker reply can you please ensure you have your personal information up to date in your profile including your TalkTalk landline phone number so your account can be traced. Link here - https://community.talktalk.co.uk/t5/user/myprofilepage/tab/personal-profile:personal-info
If you are unsure of your phone number, you can find this in My Account or dial 17070 from your landline phone and this will confirm the number for you.
You can also add your account number in the private notes field, which only you and the support staff can view.

Can you also put your wife's affected email address in the private notes field. Pease don't post any personal information the open forum.

Please post back when done.
Thank you
