Having already raised and had resolved through community support topics relating to the transfer to Everymail, and it had been confirmed my email had been linked to my current talktalk broadband account I have received another email this morning advising I still need to subscribe.
what else do I need to do to ensure I do not lose my access to emails given I’m a current broadband account customer.

We are here to help you, and I will make sure our communications team addresses your concerns. You won't lose access to your mailbox, and we'll keep you informed about any necessary updates. 🙂

That would be great if you can do that. I’m get very anxious when these emails come in and it’s causing me a lot of stress trying to figure it out as I’m not a tech expert and need to be sure I don’t lose my mailbox

Thank you for confirming that, as an existing broadband client, you don't need to subscribe to Everymail at this time. Communication for current clients will be shared soon. I will inform our communications team about your request to stop the messages you've received. 🙂

As a current talktalk broadband customer, I was told I don’t need to subscribe to Everymail. My email address and active talktalk broadband account should now be linked and I shouldn’t be receiving anymore of these messages.

@LouLou55, thank you for getting in touch. Just to double check, on the 1st attempt, you have successfully managed to subscribe to Every Mail through the assistance of some of our community threads. Correct?
