I have been a customer of Talktalk for many years, and still am a customer for broadband. I've done my best to register this, but still I have been forced to pay a subscription. To say I am disappointed is putting it mildly. I have been unable to get information from Talktalk. I have now subscribed, because I do not want to lose my email address, but to say I am not happy is putting it mildly
