Your email bill notifications

When I opened your email regarding my bill . The links to my a/c,help,viewbill etc do not work ? They will not open and a message comes up , cant connect to server etc.. These links always worked before no problem.

Remedy please its a bit of a drag logging into my account just to access any info.

@Hotspur3, thank you for making us aware of this. If I may kindly ask, how are you currently accessing your emails? Are you currently using an App to access your emails or accessing them through a browser?

If you using a browser, which browser are you currently using? For example, Google Chrome, Firefox, Safari etc...
