hi
i am trying to re-add my talktalk email to my iphone and it says wrong username and/or password. but i have put in my talktalk e-mail ie XXXXXXXXX@talktalk.net and my password which i have re-set in webmail on my pc, so i am not sure why it is not working. please help.

Hi cohensimon, your account has been limited to webmail only. You need to reset your password to something that's never been used in regard to this mailbox before.

@cohensimon, never display sensitive personal information in the public thread.
Add the address in Private Notes, near the end of the Personal Information area of your profile.
Go via your avatar; settings; drop down menu...complete Personal Information and Private Notes. SAVE CHANGES.
Staff will be likely to respond after the New Year holiday.
