I added an email to my iPhone but keep saying to add password. I can’t receive or send email from my iPhone

Hi LU1980, your mailbox is limited to webmail only even though you've paid. This is a known issue, I've raised a ticket to have your mailbox unlimited so that you can use mail apps again.

Please log in to My Account if you need to view or pay your bill, manage boosts and track your usage. From My Account you can also check your connection and test your line for any issues in the Service Centre.
