can't transfer my tiscali mail account to everymail (i am not a current talk talk customer)

I have been sent the link from talk talk help but it will not let me subscribe to everymail when i try and log in.  It just sends me to mail manager.  Help.  I need to subscribe as the tiscali account is linked to important accounts

I understand that you have been with TalkTalk for years, I just want to confirm if your account is disconnected and when did you leave TalkTalk?

No. Not been with talk talk for years, but as you can see from the tiscali address I’ve been using it a long time
