The majority of my incoming are going straight into Archive and not being registered as incoming.

What can i do to sort this out ?

Hi Falcon22spc, the first thing to do is to change the email password to a brand new one you've never used before.

Please log in to My Account if you need to view or pay your bill, manage boosts and track your usage. From My Account you can also check your connection and test your line for any issues in the Service Centre.
