email access lost via outlook, Mac mail & iOS

Since 17th February I have been unable to access incoming talktalk.net emails onto the following devices:-

iPhone 13 - iOS 16.3.1

MacBook Pro using both MacMail and also Outlook mail

I can access both incoming and outgoing via Tiscali app 

 

Can you please advice a solution?

Morning Ady,

As far as Im aware, all the settings are correct but can you please reconfirm what they should be both for IOS devices and also my MacBook using Windows Outlook?

Have you been able to identify the problem?? or what else you need me to do?

Hi Amy,

Yes I think that we are using the latest settings but am happy for you to check (please see attached For Outlook on my MacBook.)

I've checked IOS for iPhone 13 and that also looks ok.
