Hi petergam, I've raised an incident for mail not being received by multiple domains. It seems its due to spam and the TalkTalk mail domains rating has been affected thus affecting the receipt of mail at the recipient mailbox. I've raised a fault ticket for you to see if there's anything we can do.

Update after some further testing: emails to *****@gmx.com are still not received, but the Error 512 mentioned in my previous post appears to be related to other emails between my main pipex address and an alias (which I use as reminder messages). Emails to *****@gmx.com are accepted and queued by TalkTalk but ........ nothing further happens, no delivery or bounce message.

I have same problem: webmail to my address *****@gmx.com are bounced with Error 512 (and emails from Thunderbird via SMTP are accepted but never arrive - and yes, I've looked in Spam/Junk folders).

Webmail to my address *****@gmail.com works OK.

I've had this issue before, when TalkTalk emails fall foul of spamhaus (or similar) at gmx.com and get blocked for days or even weeks. Resolution requires TalkTalk to explain the situation to gmx. Unfortunately, I've never found an easy way to get this started - the chat bot on the TalkTalk support page doesn't know what webmail is, for a start.

This is unfortunate because gmx is one of the largest email providers in Europe, based in Germany.

.aol for certain and various others which would take me a while to identify. Obviously, people who don't receive emails from me can't tell me that.

Previously, it seemed to be connected with a membermojo site which I use - but it now seems more widespread and random.

Thank you.

Hi petergam, are there certain domains that always reject your mail?
