emails from giffgaff being rejected

I have received regular emails from giffgaff for over 5 years but the most recent one sent was rejected by talktalk's filters. The last successfully received was 19th Sept. Please advise/unblock. The chatbot does not understand the query and I can find no other way to contact the talktalk team
