for several weeks now new emails i am sending out or ones that i am replying to are often ending up in peoples spam folders. i see from the community forum other people are also having this problem.
i used the online help a month or so ago and was told that the issue was not with my email address but the recipients, this sounds like an excuse now. please get this resolved asap as this is affecting my business significantly.

I have the same problem. A number of emails that I have sent have ended up in the recipients spam. This is extremely frustrating. Please tell me how this can be fixed. Thank you

Hi there @sigamo, please allow us to have this looked into for you. Please confirm if this happens for all domains or particular domains.

@sigamo thanks for stating your own thread.
Microsoft and Google are working on a solution with TalkTalk as it is mainly affecting these domains.
As it is not affecting all users pinning the issue down is difficult.
I have raised this with the forum manager again today to seek an update.
Just so you are aware, the terms and conditions do not cover own business use, as it is a residential broadband supplier and the emails provided are an extension of this broadband package.
Staff are back tomorrow and will probably pass your details to the backroom team.
Can you please add your email address(es) in the private notes field of your profile (see later).

For a quicker reply can you please ensure you have your personal information up to date in your profile including your TalkTalk landline phone number so your account can be traced. Link here - https://community.talktalk.co.uk/t5/user/myprofilepage/tab/personal-profile:personal-info
If you are unsure of your phone number, you can find this in My Account or dial 17070 from your landline phone and this will confirm the number for you.
You can also add your account number in the private notes field, which only you and the support staff can view.
