Hello  I have been sending emails to other people for the last couple of days and they are not being received.

Hi I am using outlook and talk talk webmail. Neither of my emails are being received. I did call talktalk directly and they went through everything and said there was nothing wrong. I will delete the account and set it up again to see if that helps unless you have any other recommendations.

Any notification emails you receive from Talktalk are from a No Reply address, so staff cannot read them.

 

Always post back on the thread here, unless support staff ask you to PM them (private message).

From the 29th of March our TalkTalk Community will move to peer-to-peer support and the TalkTalk team will no longer be here to support with queries. Just to clarify, when you mentioned that one unusual email was received by someone through webmail, was that email sent by you?

Hello Mandisa,

 

I am using talktalk webmail and outlook both and still not being received. I have had one odd email received by someone through webmail
