same email problem - AGAIN

I work from home and one of my clients can only receive emails from me.

She cannot send emails to me.

They simply bounce back.

This has happened before with different longstanding clients of mine. 

Their email address is treated as a 'spam address' by the TalkTalk servers AGAIN!

 

Why am I having this problem AGAIN and AGAIN, and AGAIN?

Can anyone at TalkTalk solve the problem for me?

Your server appears to be treating this client of mine as having a spam address.

This has happened before and each time it takes several hours of my time to get the problem solved and loses me time and expense.

With TalkTalk as my provider it is not a pleasant experience.
