tinyworld email issues

I can receive emails to my tinyworld email address but from yesterday 4th July, cannot send them. I get an error message 'An error occurred inside the server which prevented it from fulfilling the request'. This has happened several times with for me with this paid for Mail Plus service.

 

I need this rectified urgently, any advice please?

Hello there @jeffB1, I understand that you were not able to send emails from your Tinyworld email address. If I may double check, is this still the case?

This has been reported as an issue and referred to the forum manager to send to the relevant team.

 

I have updated the Pinned post on the forum and suggest you check there for updates, but given the forum staff are not back until Monday, you may find they have rectified this before I get another update.
