Unable to send emails

I am unable to send emails containing Tiscali.co.uk   I have noticed that emails containing Tinyworld.co.uk are experiencing a similar problem. The following error message comes up on the screen:  An error occurred inside the server which prevented it from fulfilling the request.

 

I was able to send emails earlier on. What is the problem and can I fix it or is it a larger problem?

Hi,
If you wish to add your voice to the list of people affected please start your own thread as each case is considered unique and it is easier for support to be given to one person per thread and also less confusing, and it's also a measure of the number of people affected.
To start your thread click the Browse button, then Help With Your Service and select the appropriate category. You will then see a Blue Button "Start A Topic"
Please also note that you should only post back on that thread and not start another on the same topic as multiple posts cause delay to you and others seeking help.

this is my experience with my paid tinyworld email account and I receive but cannot send. Error message identical

It's been reported and being looked into.

 

Please keep an eye on the pinned post for updates but as it's late Friday now and the forum staff won't be back until Monday you may find out it's working before I get an official update.
