I have provided my email address to solartogether.co.uk but they tell me they can't get their email out to me - they are in the Netherlands - can somebody help please?!

@sanderl, it's completely understandable to be cautious about clicking on links in emails, especially when it involves verification. To be on the safe side, I will strongly advise for you to get in touch with the company directly and enquire about the links you are receiving when accessing their emails.

Hi sabelo
I accessed their email through Firefox, but they are asking me to click on a link in their message to verify my email - I'm very dubious about doing this!!
This is supposed to be an enterprise via Dorset Council "in partnership with Solar Together".
I'd be grateful for your comments....

@sanderl, here are some of questions you can ask:
- Are their SPF, DKIM, and DMARC records properly configured? This is important for email authentication.
- You could want to double check if they have registered your correct email address on file.
- Check on the email size and how large are they attachments as this could be causing delivery issues.
- check their email logs to see if there are any indications of delivery issues or bounces related to your email address?

yes that's what I thought - problem must be at sender end. Have already called them back and checked they got the address right (yes ok) but I haven't asked for an error code. Please could you list for me all the other questions I should ask them, as well as error code they got?

Thank you for this. Could you try accessing your emails via Google Chrome and once accessed please double check on your spam folder as the email may end up there.
Additionally, it's important to note that there are several reasons you might not be receiving the email. Since the email is coming from the Netherlands, it could be affected by TalkTalk's email security checks. These checks use SPF, DKIM, and DMARC policies to verify the sender's identity. If these security measures are not properly set up by the sender, it can lead to issues with email delivery.

@sanderl, how are you accessing your emails? Are you currently using an App or browser to access your emails?
