I have completely lost access to my TALK TALK service this morning - unable to send or receive e-mails or access the internet. All the green lights are on for my TALK TALK router. I have rebooted that device several times but makes no difference.
I am in Stoke Newington, London - can someone help please.

I am at home but unable to run checks on my router - TALK TALK website doesn't recognise it.

I will run the checks for the internet this should resolve the email issue as well if it doesn't, please let me know. Are you currently at home, where the TalkTalk service is installed
