undelivered emails

I  send group emails regularly    and have had no problem until this week.I     have found that emails are undelivered if they are    @btinernet.com addresses..i have checked addresses on safesenders list but no luck so far.What can i do please?

I think I have  managed  to work out what had happened. I sent four attachments and one was rather large.

Whilst others on my list t with various email addressee received  them, it was as I said the bt internet ones that were undelivered.

So I sent them   two attachments at a time to these  people and  to date feedback has been that they were received.

I shall use this way again for help.

Hi @Katie541 it's always worth having a backup email address, Gmail or outlook are good and free.

If you have one of these have you tried sending that way?
