Since changing my phone (but not the number), I can no longer use TalkTalk webmail on my mobile.

I have downloaded the app, but it tells me that i am not a TalkTalk App customer.

Can you help, please?

@wozwells55

Webmail is designed for use via the web as the name suggests, so simply search for "TalkTalk Mail" on your phone's browser and take it from there.

From the 29th of March our TalkTalk Community will move to peer-to-peer support and the TalkTalk team will no longer be here to support with queries. Don’t worry we still have plenty of ways to reach out if you need to speak to TalkTalk directly. For more details check out the link here: How to contact TalkTalk Broadband - Help & Support.

The app is not an email one and is for customers who sign up to a special contract where all help etc. is done via the app.
