Webmail is designed for use via the web as the name suggests, so simply search for "TalkTalk Mail" on your phone's browser and take it from there.
From the 29th of March our TalkTalk Community will move to peer-to-peer support and the TalkTalk team will no longer be here to support with queries. The app is not an email one and is for customers who sign up to a special contract where all help etc. is done via the app.
