I am by no means familiar with TalkTalk Webmail, but this is what I see on my Android 16 phone when I log in to webmail. Shouldn't the RH end of the black banner have initials showing where to click to log out? My banner on an Android 13 phone does. It also shows more information than can be seen here.

The app varies by device so may be different between v13 and v16.

On my v16 it's in the bottom black bar within the hamburger menu right at the bottom.
