Slow speed

Hi,

I re contracted in January this year to fibre 65 and received a new router (sagem). My speed at the time was around 40 mbs how ever as the months have gone by the speed has dropped 39 , 35, 30, 29 ,25 22, now my router is showing 18 mbs/.8 mbs. I have a master socket 5C and have removed face plate and plugged in connector but unfortunately it made no difference to the speed. Perhaps one of the team could check my profile as to what speed you are seeing.
