Hi,
I have recently been upgraded to TalkTalk full fibre connected to the newly installed City Fibre roll-out in my area.
TT have provided me with a new Wi-Fi Hub 2 router but when I plug my phone into the green socket on the back of the Hub 2 as described by the set-up guide, the phone is dead and the screen on the phone displays “check phone”.
All the lights on the ONT are green and the phone is currently working plugged into the original BT socket.
So, the question is, can I activate Digital Voice and if so, how?

Hello,
I'm sorry for the delay. We don't currently offer a digital voice service via CityFibre at the moment. If the voice service still works at the original Openreach socket then it's possible that you have a copper voice service leave behind.
