Talktalk has been trying to send out the talktalk router to us since the 17th of November, after many days of waiting it finally arrived, now to our surprise that we're missing the fibre 250 WiFi hub that connects to the router, it never arrived. It never came by post and the engineer never brought it with him and we are exhausted on what to do, it's costing us money as we work from home so we're horribly impacted by the amount of time we don't have internet and we're sick of waiting and we don't have the patience anymore to wait for the WiFi hub to arrive (which we can only report on Monday cause the phone lines are closed Sundays) WHAT DO WE DO????

I'm sorry for the delay. Which service do you have and what router did you receive please? (make and models)

There isn't actually any such thing as a "Fibre 250 WiFiHub." Which service do you have exactly and what router do you have presently?
