Hi
2 years ago I moved house and was told I'd get a new TalkTalk box for my new home. The box never arrived, as I believe it went to my old address and never got sent on.
I have been using the old box for 2 years, but now realise I should be using an upgraded version and am probably being charged for an upgraded version - yes, it's taken a while to address this issue!
How do I find out what TalkTalk think I have and what I am supposed to have? I only really have a box for recording, so I can fast forward through the adverts.

The old YouView boxes have long since been discontinued. All you can get now are streaming, rather than recording boxes. If you are interested, try calling the Loyalty Dept on 0345 1725157.
