Fibre Upgrade doesn't work

Hey there, We had our broadband upgraded to fibre 2 weeks ago however it has never worked. The engineers told us to give it 20 minutes however it still does not work. When everything is connected our router will just alternate between orange and white light continuously and we have no internet connection. Any help would be appreciated, thanks.

I apologize for the late response, i believe its the WI-FI hub router. All lights are green on the ONT when its connected
