Has anyone else had 7 missed / failed open reach Engineer appointments ? Apparently due to a telecare device being present at the property. Which I hasten to add I have already informed talktalk numerous times that it is not linked or relies on the landline & has its own independent sim card & Internet. So they keep updating their notes on that & re-book an engineer appointment which again & again is a no show by the engineers ??? They tell me it has to go live before any compensation is paid out , so I'm just stuck with this & will be charged an astronomical amount if I leave.
