We are having full fibre installed in our area soon. If I have a contract with you for fibre 35 can I upgrade my contact easily to a new package

If the cables haven't been laid yet, when they are, only BY & maybe one other ISP will have access to it initially. It is not released to other ISPs, such as TalkTalk, until a bit later.
