Fault reported on 23rd Feb - Router has constant amber light on reboot, even after switching off from mains after 30 mins. - connection report indicates a fault with router (FAST 5364) - no response from TalkTalk after 4+ days, luckily I am currently using another router, which also has a problem but at least I have limited connection, this indicates that original router is faulty - I need a replacement router ASAP, 4 days without a response is not acceptable, troubleshooting guides lead to live chat links which do not work - hopefully by posting this, someone from support will actually contact me & resolve the issue.

I have ordered the replacement router, please allow 24-48hrs for this to arrive.
