I will have to run a diagnostics test. Are you at home where the TalkTalk services are installed?

Still not working. The router is a Sagemcom-FAST5364.

Is that Full Fibre or FTTC, as there are Fibre65 packages for both, @AndreaS4?

Is it a Sagemcom router? Other - if so, what?

Need more detail.

Which package are you on, @AndreaS4, and which router are you using?

Helpful to give a few more details to get support started, but staff will not be back on here before c 8am.

You'll need to check back on here during the day to respond to staff at home when they are trying to diagnose the problem for you.
