Keep getting charged a late payment fee but the website is never working for me to make a payment

Hi there @Marysonuga I am sorry to hear that you have been having trouble with making payments online. That a good suggestion by @Divsec you should consider setting up direct debit or use the automated line to make payment. The automated 24-hour payment line is 0345 1720 040.
