Would it be possible to receive a new router? I think this one is dying, it's a Huawei-HG633, or at the very least could i be told which are good ones to buy. Thanks

Put your money away, TalkTalk will replace a router as old as that free of charge. I have asked one of TalkTalk's support to pick your thread up and investigate it for you.

They aim to respond within 48 hours (Monday - Friday) excluding Bank Holidays, but if more urgent you can always try the Service Centre on 0345 172 0088. The posts are responded to in time/date order, oldest first.

The TalkTalk Community has now moved to a peer-to-peer support model. This means that the TalkTalk team will no longer be here to support with queries.
