Saturday 4th Jan my router rebooted and firmware went to sg4k100136 since then the router looks connected but there is no connection to websites. Have been on with talktalk, done all the usuall. I have seen there is a v158 firmware? How do I get that pushed out as the offshore support don’t seem capable. Talk talk think me buying a new router is an acceptable solution? I have a spare router which works just fine. But that’s not the point I want my supplied router fixed after this update. I actually know the firmware is different as I made a note of the old one having had issues in the past. Router is sagemcom fast 5364-3.T8
I can ping talktalk public gateway but no response to dns. DSL etc is fine.
