Hi,
I've resolved a problem with internal wiring that has been present for a couple of years. As a result I suspect my DLM profile is completely broken.
Is it possible to request a full reset and let the line re-train itself now that I have resolved an issue with my house wiring?

DLM is automated on the network and not something that TalkTalk can generally adjust without recourse to an engineer. What is the current sync speed reported in the router settings? If it remains stable then you could try and force the issue by switching the router off for a full 30 minutes. If that doesn't work then you will need to contact TalkTalk directly as previously advised, bearing in mind what I have said earlier.

Try on another device [it's fine on my Android mobile, for example] or another browser, @dkelt.
Allow pop ups and disable ad blockers if need be. You don't need to be trying to access Live Chat from My Account. You can log in from any link on the website that takes you to Chat, and just deal with security when asked.

Live chat seems to be completely disabled for me, all I see if is a spinner than never changes from loading:

You need to contact Talktalk directly to ask about this as there are no staff on the forum any longer, @dkelt.
