Talk Talk broadband blocking my work vpn

Hi,

Ive been able to login to my work vpn for a couple of years. Now suddenly this week it’s being blocked. I’ve tried connecting at other wifi spots, and it’s working ok. Can anyone help please.

Thanks for confirming. I've run a test on the line now which is clear and the sync speed also looks good. Just to confirm, does this also happen if you connect wired please?

Hi Michelle,

No I haven’t tried that. I switched it off overnight and restarted it this morning. It’s allowing me to connect to my vpn, but in general, even the internet browser is running very slow now. Any ideas?

I'm sorry to hear this. Have you tried factory resetting the router and then re-setting it back up again?
