Hi.
Have had a very frustrating past few days where the Wi-Fi works on some devices but not others. It seems random, but the big one today was my wife’s laptop which meant she couldn’t work. We’re an apple household and we have iPhones, iPads and a MacBook Air. One of the iPads wouldn’t connect yesterday, and my iPhone and the laptop MacBook Air wouldn’t connect today. Turning the router off and on again seems to work, but not for long. We’ve tried rebooting the affected devices but no luck. Have an active fault but reaching out for help on here!

I'm really sorry to hear this.
Have you also tried factory resetting the router using the pin hole reset for ten seconds?
Please can you add your name and TalkTalk landline number to your Community Profile, I can then check your router and firmware version.
