I have been without my landline for nearly 4 weeks. TT sent me a Eero Router but despite numerous attempts to set it up, it will not connect to the internet. They also sent me a Digital Voice Adapter. The Technical Support Team have told me that I can use my existing router with the Digital Voice Adapter. When I connect the landline I get the message "Device not registered" This is the router that I have. Help please.I have connected the landline to the phone port via the Digital Voice AdapterI have connected the landline to the phone port via the Digital Voice Adapter

If you log in to the 5464 @Redeel, you need to make sure that the phone is registered; otherwise, there may be a problem with the DV network on your account.

On the router, look at the initial dashboard area & go to the MyPhone panel, it should tell you there.

The TalkTalk Community has now moved to a peer-to-peer support model. This means that the TalkTalk team will no longer be here to support with queries. Don’t worry, there are plenty of ways to reach out if you need to speak to TalkTalk directly. For more details check out the link here How to contact TalkTalk Broadband - TalkTalk Help & Support

Thanks for that. The problem is that I get conflicting messages from the TT Tech Support Team. Sometimes they say I don't need the DVA, sometimes they say I do. Also they say that if I am with City Fibre I need but if I'm with Openreach, I don't. I am with City Fibre. Would you believe that with this fault I have spoken to the Tech Support Team 31 times 😞

Your phone should simply go into the slot for it at the back of the router, @Redeel.

The DVA only works in connection with the Eero.

If that doesn't work, you need to report back again.

From the 29th of March our TalkTalk Community will move to peer-to-peer support and the TalkTalk team will no longer be here to support with queries. Don’t worry we still have plenty of ways to reach out if you need to speak to TalkTalk directly. For more details check out the link in the post at the top of any forum message board.
